Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Arponia Ventures Pvt Ltd ("Nagarva", "we", "us", or "our"), with its registered office in Tamil Nadu, India, handles information when you use the Nagarva white-label application and our website. Your business runs on its own private, isolated database — your data stays yours.

1Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the businesses ("Customers") who register for and use Nagarva, and to visitors of our website. It explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Nagarva is a one-time-purchase software product; we are not a subscription service.

2Information we collect

3Data you store about your own customers

When you use Nagarva to manage orders, quotations and invoices, you may enter information about your own customers (such as names, addresses and move details). For that data, you are the data controller and we are only a processor. It is held in your own private, isolated database. We do not access, use, share or sell it, and no other business using Nagarva can see it. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your customers.

4How we use information

5Data isolation & security

Every Customer gets a separate, private and isolated database. Your business data is logically segregated from every other business, and is not accessible to other Customers — and not even to Nagarva in the ordinary course. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

6WhatsApp & Meta messaging

On plans that include the official Meta WhatsApp API, messages such as order-status updates, quotations, invoices and payment links are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Those messages are also subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for messaging your customers in line with applicable laws and WhatsApp policies.

7Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share information only where necessary with:

8Data retention

We keep your account and business information for as long as you use the Service and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. On a verified request, we will delete or anonymise data we are not required to retain.

9Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and ask questions about how it is used. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will respond within a reasonable period. You can also request permanent deletion of your account and data at any time using our account deletion form.

10Cookies & website

Our website may use essential cookies and basic analytics to keep the site working and understand general usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The Nagarva application itself uses only the storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the app.

11Children

Nagarva is a business tool intended for use by registered businesses and adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
